The premises, built on a speculative basis, is the final building on the 12 acre park to be signed over for occupation.
Ryden and Graham and Sibbald were the joint letting agents for the development and Bancon was the main contractor.
James Barrack, chairman and managing director of Knight Property Group, said: “This latest agreement marks the end of a development process for Knight Property Group at Minto Commercial Park, in which we transformed the brown-field site into a high-end commercial industrial estate consisting of eight properties.
“We were delighted to sign an agreement with HSP Group. Providing tailored business space for companies to utilise to grow and continue success in the north east and beyond is gratifying. Given the continued interest in the site these past few years, Aberdeen’s commercial property market shows no sign of slowing down.”
