Be more work efficient with exercise

To many people, exercise is often seen as another unnecessary chore and is the first to go when life gets hectic. Had a stressful day at work? Want to veg on the sofa with some junk food?  

Did you know that exercise not only sharpens your memory and prolongs your mental stamina – it is also one of the best forms of stress release.

Many try and argue that they simply don’t have the time to exercise, or the gym is too expensive and there’s no time to leave the office during the working day. They gyms close by either have no parking or are an expensive cost!

Not keen? We thought so, which is why a gym 30 seconds from your desk is the perfect answer.

Not big on cardio? There’s plenty floor space to set up your own routine space, put on a yoga playlist and do your favourite kind of workout!

Next time you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, take 15 minutes out to go for a walk or some form of exercise.
